Do you have a sparkling personality? Are you a closer with a soft touch? We provide the leads, and it’s your job to close the sale.
This is a 100% commission-based position. Making six figures per year is an attainable goal if you are the right fit.
When you are on sales calls, you are the face of ALL PRO. Appointment punctuality demonstrates respect for our customers’ time. Our customers should feel safe and comfortable with you. Your physical presentation plays a key role here.
Your goal is to ensure all customers are properly educated about the services you recommend. You need to be honest and transparent with pricing and the proposed work by providing clear and detailed estimates.
Try to pay attention and understand any potential objections or concerns our customers may have regarding our service and politely address each of them. Again, our goal is to wow our customers at every point of contact.
Requirements:
- You have a proven record of successful sales.
- You have your own vehicle.
- You are responsible for your selling expenses, including gas.
- You have a valid driver’s license.
- You are eligible to work in the United States.
- You speak English fluently. Spanish as a second language is a plus.
- You agree to a background check and drug test.
- You are available to work Monday through Friday.
